НАСТРОЙКА MPCS

Друзья, помогите!
Настаиваю другу шару. У него ресивер такой же как иу меня, GI7001, интернет GPRS, прога mpcs. Пару дней он смотрел, все было замечательно. Но вот уже три дня происходит следующее, причем как на usb-модеме, так и если выходить через телефон.

То есть при подключении сначала показывает минуты полторы, потом таймауты.

У себя смотрю через ADSL, естественно у меня все нормально)))
Ведь так не должно быть, я знаю, потому что пинг вроде неплохой, только пропадает почему-то...
И еще,при переподключении интернета лог абсолютно такой же!
